As part of our ongoing project with the Open University for Reading for pleasure, teachers shared with their classes ’24 hours of reading’ in their daily lives. This showed the children that reading comes in all areas of life and how we use that skill to function and manage each day.

All children were invited to create their own ’24 hours in reading’ over the Christmas holidays.

We had an amazing response, and children were so excited sharing them in a whole school assembly.
